We are looking for the candidate who can work as any Asian language Bilingual Outside Sales Associate at a Japanese food specialty trading company in New Mexic.

〈Essential Job Functions〉

• Meets the monthly and annual sales quota as designated by the manager.
• Develops and maintains relationship with potential and existing clients in the assigned region(El Paso)
• Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.
• Develops and implements strategies for sales in the assigned region.
• Visits customers and potential customers to provide support, information, and sell the Company’s products.
• Receives and inspects all shipment from Arizona branch office twice a week
• Coordinates with the accounting department to assure the collection of payment in a timely manner.
• Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport.
• Collaborates with purchasing departments, warehouse, and other involved parties to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
• Coordinates urgent deliveries with the customer to accommodate their needs.
• Educates customers on how the products or services can benefit them.
• Inputs and updates orders within the Company database in a timely manner.
• Maintains and safely navigates the Company vehicle as per the Company Vehicle Policy.
• Travels on a quarterly basis to Arizona branch office to meet with branch manager and participate in the sales meeting.
• Participates in the department meetings and other meetings weekly or bi-monthly.
• Conducts monthly inventory count on designated day, possibly in the weekend.
• Attends Company events and functions outside of normal working hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Obligation to answer to all management as requested.

〈Physical Requirements〉

• Bilingual skills in business level English and one of the Asian languages.
• Have status to work in the U.S.
• Driver's license and driving experience
• Ability to visit our Santa Fe branch twice a week.
• Ability to travel to our Arizona branch once a month.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
